Easy 3 Ingredient Bliss Balls


Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 10 Balls


  • 1 cup of Almonds
  • 1 ½ Cups of Soaked Dates
  • 1/3 Cup of Peanut Butter


Optional Extras:

  • dash of vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp macca powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder





  1. Place almonds in blender and blanch until they become a chuncky flour consistency.
  2. Add dates and peanut butter. Blend. You may need to scrap down the sides with a spatula as you go.
  3. Roll into 10 evenly sized balls.
  4. Enjoy!
