Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 2 cans of 4 Bean Mix
- 125 grams of Danish Feta
- 1 avocado
- 2 average size tomatoes
Optional: Salt and Pepper to taste
- Drain bean mix and rinse under tap. Add beans to bowl.
- Dice tomatoes into small bit size pieces. Add to bowl.
- Cut avocado in half, slice into cube like pieces and spoon into bowl.
- Crumble feta over mixture and mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
