4 Ingredient Bean Salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes



  • 2 cans of 4 Bean Mix
  • 125 grams of Danish Feta
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 average size tomatoes

Optional: Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Drain bean mix and rinse under tap. Add beans to bowl.
  2. Dice tomatoes into small bit size pieces. Add to bowl.
  3. Cut avocado in half, slice into cube like pieces and spoon into bowl.
  4. Crumble feta over mixture and mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
